At Sowears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Sowears tags attached in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After we receive and inspect your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
